*TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The contest is open to all residents of Singapore except the employees and families of Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd, its associated agencies and all other partners.
2. All entries must be received by 22 January 2020, 11:59pm via WhatsApp messaging to +65 8813 8600 from a locally registered mobile number. Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible for the contest. Incomplete, illegible, inaccurate or duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3. Each original receipt is eligible to enter only one (1) contest run by Lam Soon Singapore.
4. Multiple entries per participant are allowed. Each entry must include the participant’s particulars and photo of original receipt with minimum $8 purchase of Knife brand products made during the eligible promotion period from 6 – 22 January 2020.
5. The draw will be conducted at 11am on 23 January 2020 at Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd. Winners will be chosen randomly. Each winner is limited to win only one (1) prize.
6. The winners will win one (1) pair of Category 1 tickets (for 2 pax) to watch David Tao “DT in Harmony” Concert at Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay on 1 February, Saturday, 7.30pm. Seats will be randomly allocated to winners and no changes are allowed.
7. The winners will be notified via telephone by 24 January 2020 together with details on tickets collection at Esplanade. Tickets must be collected latest by half an hour before the show time from Esplanade Box Office located at Mezzanine Level (operating from 12pm – 8.30pm daily).
8. The decision of Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd on all matters relating to or in connection with the contest is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
9. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prizes. Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with other prizes of similar value. The prize is non-replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.
10. Esplanade reserves the right not to accept any tickets that have or appears to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered. All persons shall be required to comply with all existing requirements as stipulated in Esplanade’s Terms & Conditions, on their admission tickets, and/or other rules and regulations as may be imposed by Esplanade from time to time. 11. By participating in the contest, participant agrees that all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd for various purposes without having to pay any fee or compensation to the participant, which includes communicating with the participant for purposes related to the contest and such other purposes Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd may reasonably deem appropriate.
12. Participants shall assume full responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accident in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from this contest and usage of the prize and agree to release Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd of any liability. All transportation, accommodation, personal cost and/or any other related expenses that are incurred in connection with and/or arising from this contest and usage of the prize are the sole responsibility of the participants.
13. Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
