NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following dividends:
1. Final Single Tier Dividend of 15.0 sen per share
2. Special Single Tier Dividend of 20.0 sen per share

in respect of the financial year ended 31^st December 2025 which will be paid on 6^th August 2026 to all shareholders appearing on the Company’s register of members at the close of business on 15^th July 2026.
